Product Description

Microsoft Project 2013/2016 e-course
Task Management

The E-Course on Maturity Level 2 is about creating the backbone for your schedule, with tasks, summary tasks, but also with a baseline so you can already start learning from the quality of your estimates. You will learn a method to come up with estimates that have the right mix between being SMART and covering enough risk contingency.

custom view that you will receive from us will then tell you how good the estimates were. For instance, you could see that certain tasks always take about 30% longer, so you are able to determine the common cause and take measures to avoid this in the future.

In this second Maturity Level in our series of five, there is still little automatic behavior from MS Project that could jeopardize your mission to set up a comprehensive reporting cycle to your stakeholders. Instead, you will become very familiar with MS Projects interface to be able to make small changes fastly and accurately.

    :

My experience with this online course about MS Project is really positive. For years I provide training about MS Project myself so I started this course a bit sceptical. After only a few click I turned from being sceptic to very positive. Despite the fact that this is an online training, the course goes into depth. In fast steps the course gets to the essence of MS Project as well as the advantage of project control. In quick but very clear steps you are able to set up your first project schedule in no time. After every step the previous theory is clearly summarized and you are challenged to continue with the next step. Besides the use of MS Project you will also learn the different aspects of project control. All in all this e-course is a useful and enjoyable way to learn all about MS Project, to expand your MS Project knowledge and to learn everything about how to successfully finish a project.

The course is really well explained. I like that fact that I can always go back to sections I didn’t understand or simply would like to review once more.
